Kiedy wreszcie zdecydowałem się

skończyć z sobą

i rzuciłem się z dwunastego pietra,

tuż przed spotkaniem z zamarzniętą ziemią

Nie może być tak, żeby moja dusza – dusza człowieka –

rozbiła się o ziemską materię.

end up with myself
and jumped from the twelfth floor,
just before  meeting the frozen ground,
my soul was caught  by the arms of an angel.
This can't go on like this,

that my soul –  the soul of man –

would crash down on earthly matter.
